Intona USB 2.0 and Devialet 400 not connecting

Hello
I have a Devialet 400 and recently acquired an Intona USB Isolator (7054) . The Isolator cannot connect with Devialet. It flashes for 2-3 sec and the the led turns off. Also I tried with a simple HDD and there is connection but I cannot see the HDD in the laptop (tried 2 different laptops).I get the message " usb device not working properly".

I also tried different cables but the same thing happens.

Using galvanic isolation requires 100% USB compliant devices and cables. Most audio devices on the market are not tested properly and may stop working when connected to an isolator.
What very often helps, is connecting a USB hub in between either the device and the isolator or between the PC and the isolator. This will usually repair the handshaking procedure and/or move everyhting into correct USB timing.
