Intona 7054-C-NF does connect to pc, but not to Mac

Hi,

Well the title says it all. The Intona works perfectly on the three DACs I have when connect to my Nuc or PC. Yet it refuses to recognize the device when connected to my 2013 MacBookPro (Big Sur 11.7.6) I want to put in service as a music source. At first there is green flashing of the LED and then: nothing. Is this a known issue that can be fixed?

I am not aware of a bug like this but please contact our customer support directly with your serial number. They will check if you probably run an outdated firmware version.
