Intona 7055-C not detecting Mutec MC3+ USB???

Dear Daniel,

Just bought the Intona 7055-C to isolate between PC USB out and an industrial Lindy USB Hub (7 ports with own power supply).

The moment I plug in Intona 7055-C between the above, other USB DACs are still detected by my PC but the MUTEC MC3+ USB goes missing.

I believe this problem was there since 2016 when someone mentioned in a forum through a Google search.

Have you been able to workaround it? I have since disconnected the Intona to get my MUTEC MC3+ USB detected again.

Any idea why this happens and how to workaround ?

Hi Chris,
I had a deeper lock into this back in 2016. It pointed out that the XMOS chip they use has an outdated firmware with known USB compatibility issues. I contacted Mutec and offered help but never received an answer.

You can try putting a usb hub in between. This helped a lot with similar issues.
