7055-C current drain and minimum voltage in USB 2.0 mode

Hello Daniel,
how much current 7055-C drains when in use in USB 2.0 mode: 0.4 A? Is its minimum working voltage 4.5 V (I saw both data on the specs sheet)? This means that, without aux power supply, the next part of the USB chain, at far end, "sees", in worst case, 4.5 V minus next cable voltage drop, is this correct?
